Press releaseEuroTour II - The new Europe introduces itself in a computer game!After almost one year of developing the new version of EuroTour - EuroTour II - has been finished. The game was developed by the GLAMUS GmbH Bonn, supported by the Federal Foreign Office of Germany (Auswärtiges Amt) and the European Parliament. Since the release of the first version of EuroTour lots of things have happened in Europe - Negotiations with new EU candidate countries and the introduction of the single currency have changed it to a large extent. It has been the developer's aim to implement these changes in EuroTour II - graphically and in content - and to bring them to the minds of the players. The GLAMUS GmbH has been immensely supported by the embassies of all EU member states and candidate countries. The result is an appealing and truly European product, that cleverly connects knowledge and fun and is therefore suited for all members of the family. It is also suitable for use in schools. he game can be played by up to six players. They undertake an entertaining journey through the EU member states and the EU candidate countries. The completely revised version of EuroTour includes six new or revised computer games and approx. 1 500 multiple choice questions about the European Union, the European countries and the euro. A special feature: Players can make suggestions via the net, for new questions that are implemented in forthcoming versions. EuroTour II is available in German, French, English, Czech and Hungarian.
